You choose the interest rate
We publish no rate table, because rates move weekly and a stale one is worse than none. Each calculator takes the rate as an input, with a link to interest.co.nz for today's numbers.
Information, not advice
We are not a mortgage broker and hold no FMA licence. The calculators do arithmetic on what you enter. For advice about your own situation, the FMA keeps a register of licensed advisers.
NZ-specific throughout
